WESTGATE RESORTS BENIHANA RESTAURANT – LAS VEGAS, NEVADA

Benihana restaurant is a great option to eat sea food and have a couple of drinks. It is located inside of the Westgate Resort Las Vegas. It offers a variety of different types of cuisine including an Oriental Bar.

The scope of work includes different hibachi seating dining areas, hallways, a reception area, restrooms, a bar and a mini town that resembles Japanese streets and architecture.

 

The concept is based on an oriental theme, colors with accents of red, black and gold tones. Also accented walls with visuals of koi pond fishes and flowers and carpeted flooring with cherry tree accent patterns.

 

This included but not limited to architecture, interior design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordination, stakeholder changes, revisions and submission to the city and construction administration.

 

Assignments included interior design lead, construction documentation and drafting. In addition, selection and coordination of interior finishes and materials, finish floor design, detail design and incorporate them into the architecture construction document set.
